ACCOUNTABILITY

This program is NOT a buy it and never use it program nor is it the type of program where you will never hear from Dani either. This is your opportunity to truly have the accountability factor that you need to guide you through the workouts each week. Dani is your accountability partner and as a member, you will be required to have Skype calls or phone calls with Dani weekly to check-in and update her on your progress. 

WEEKLY WORKOUTS

This 8 week program is designed for people that are looking to lose weight. In the first 8 weeks you will learn about stretching, correct form, and total body movements. All of the movements are perfected in making your entire body strong and work in a different and efficient way. To avoid being overwhelmed and feel like you cannot accomplish the program, your workouts are delivered weekly. So, you can take it one week at a time.

NO GYM REQUIRED

You do not have to be a member of any gym to workout during this program. All of the workouts can be just as challenging with no weight as with a ton of weight. The Dani D. Fitness Online Program workouts range from cardio based to targeting your core. 

About Dani D. Fitness

Dani is a strong and experienced personal trainer working in the Brentwood, Tennessee area. Dani has been training clients and teaching group fitness classes since 2012. Whether you’re living a healthy lifestyle or if you are new to the fitness world, Dani will get you up and running towards your goals. Dani D. Fitness will make you feel stronger and more empowered than you ever have while feeling like you didn’t have to kill yourself to get an effective workout in.

Dani’s personal journey from an unhealthy and self-conscious teenager to a strong, independent, and healthy young woman has prepared Dani for the long and difficult road of fitness mentorship. After becoming a certified AAAI/ISMA Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, Dani has devoted herself to helping others become the best they can be, in both mind and body. Dani enjoys helping others break the diet mentality and eat to fuel for her workouts to get the most out of your journey. Fitness Online Program, Dani highly recommends this dietitian-approved meal plan to help you reach your goals. We have 5 different meal plans to choose from based on your current weight. We offer 1200, 1400, 1500, 1600, and 1800 calorie meal plans.

Exchange System

In order to allow you the freedom to choose and still maintain clean eating, this plan follows what we call an “exchange system.” Basically, every food is classified as either a Protein, Fat, Complex Carbohydrate, Fruit, or Vegetable. The exchange system allows you to create your day based on what Abi recommends for every meal. Abi has listed out options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack options, and has also provided a grocery list.
