Music City Fit Expo

On June 8th, 2024, the Music City Fit Expo took Nashville, Tennessee, by storm, bringing together fitness enthusiasts and industry leaders for an incredible day at the Nashville Fairgrounds. This event has become a cornerstone of the fitness community, filling over 100,000 sq ft with exciting competitions, presentations, and activities.

Dani D Fitness was a standout at the expo, hosting an engaging booth that featured free FIGHT Energy samples, a fun photobooth, giveaways, and more! It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with the community and share our passion for fitness and wellness.

Dani D Fitness also took center stage, leading a full MoveFit session. MoveFit is a comprehensive format designed to help participants feel safe, love their bodies, and have fun! Unlike any other dance format, MoveFit teaches body awareness and movement while providing a workout suitable for all fitness levels—beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Our session energized the crowd and highlighted the expo’s theme of community and fitness.
